We want you to be completely satisfied with SendToAI Pro. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
We believe in this policy because we want you to try SendToAI Pro with zero risk. The best way to see if it works for your workflow is to use it — and if it doesn't deliver, you shouldn't have to pay for it.
Send an email to support@sendtoai.dev with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include the email address you used to purchase, and your order number if you have it (found in your receipt email).
We'll confirm by email and issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Upon processing your refund, your license key will be deactivated and Pro features will no longer be accessible. You can continue using the free tier of SendToAI (up to 50 files) with no limitations.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cause significant administrative burden and fees. If you're unhappy, we will always make it right — just reach out first.
