These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SendToAI VS Code extension and the purchase of SendToAI Pro license keys ("the Product"), provided by OxainZ ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing the extension or purchasing a license key, you agree to these Terms.
SendToAI is a Visual Studio Code extension that bundles project files into a single text block for use with AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. The extension is available in two tiers:
Upon purchasing SendToAI Pro, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the extension on up to 3 machines simultaneously. You may not:
The free (open-source) portion of the extension is licensed under the MIT License, available at github.com/OxainZ/sendtoai-vscode.
SendToAI Pro is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and fraud prevention. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
Upon successful payment, your license key will be delivered immediately via email to the address you provided at checkout. You can also view your license key at any time by visiting your order page. License keys are in UUID format and are entered into VS Code via the command palette using the "SendToAI: Enter License Key" command.

The SendToAI name, logo, and associated branding are the property of OxainZ. The proprietary Pro licensing system is not open source. The open-source extension code is licensed under MIT as stated in the repository.
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all future versions of Visual Studio Code. We are not responsible for any costs incurred from AI model API usage resulting from content bundled using this extension.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OxainZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
